- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1.5 tbsp. honey
- 1 hibiscus tea bag (steeped in 2 oz. hot water and cooled)
- Garnish: Pineapple spear
Instructions:
- Steep the hibiscus tea bag in 2 ounces of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, stir in the honey while the tea is still warm to dissolve, and let it cool.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the light rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and the cooled hibiscus-honey mixture.
- Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Gently pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon to float it on top for a beautiful layered effect.
