How many people does a pound of meat serve?

Each pound serves 2 – 3 people.

What is your delivery fee?

Subject to change based on distance and guest count.

Is there a minimum for delivery or catering?

No minimum required!

What is the best way to get an order started?

Fill out our Delivery Proposal Request or our Full-Service Proposal Request, or give us a call at 703-778-8000!

How many sides do you recommend?

We recommend 3-4 sides max per event.

Can you individually box items?

Yes, we can! We are able to do boxed meals per person or individually wrap all items for guest to customize their meal with minimal contact.

What are disposable chafing dishes?

Disposable chafing dishes are wire racks with Sterno cans that keep your food hot for your event. They are reusable and yours to keep upon purchase.

How is the food packaged to be delivered? Will I need to have platters ready to transfer?

When ordering in bulk, food items will come in aluminum pans or platters. Food will arrive ready to serve and eat! No transferring needed.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

We have delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Check out our Full-Service Catering Menu

Staffed Events

Do you provide tables and chairs?

We do! Let us know what type of tables and chairs you are interested.

When do I need to confirm by?

We always appreciate confirming as soon as possible, in order to guarantee the date and staffing. However, if the date is still available, staffed events must be booked and confirmed with a 50% deposit and signed contract no later than 10 business days prior to your event. 

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellation of events less than 72 business hours prior to the event time may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover costs incurred on the client’s behalf, unless the entire event is rescheduled with a new date within 5 business days of the original event date. Changes in venue on the date of the event due to inclement weather require a minimum notice of 4 hours and may result in additional outside vendor fees.

How much set up and break down time do you need?

Setup and breakdown all depends on your specified event. Our standard set-up time is 2 hours and 1 hour for breakdown.

Can you grill on site? Pig Roast?

We provide both services! Let your sales associate know you are interested in these services. We can provide a staffed event proposal to fit your event needs.

COVID buffet options?

We provide both services! Let your sales associate know you are interested in these services. We can provide a staffed event proposal to fit your event needs.

Are we able to provide our own alcohol?

If your venue does not have restrictions on alcohol, you may provide alcohol for your event. Please be aware an ABC license may be needed.

Do you cook all items on site? Do you need a stove on site?

Although we may need a prep area, we do not need a stove or kitchen space to cook the food items. If you request a grilling event, we will grill our delicious barbeque on site! Depending on your menu, we may bake a few items onsite or assemble our delicious appetizers.

Can drinks be self-serve?

Absolutely, we are happy to set it up for mess-free service.

How much is staffing?

Labor charges are based on the client’s best estimate at the time of execution and may increase or decrease depending on actual event times.

Weddings

Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we do! Once we get started on your proposal, ask your sales associate about setting up a tasting in order to try our delicious barbeque and discuss your proposal in detail.

Do you have china available?

Yes, we do!

Can you provide a tent?

We are able to provide a tent, however, we would need the dimensions of the area you would like to cover.

Are we able to provide our own dessert?

Yes, no problem! Please let your sales associate know if you’d like to do this prior to the preparation of a proposal.

Is there a fee for the event being a wedding?

We have a site-visit fee and an administrative planning fee for our larger events. Both fees are clearly visible on the proposal.

Are site visits available?

We always appreciate the opportunity to walk-through the event site with you! This allows us to be well prepared on the day of. We are typically available Monday-Thursday from 10:30am to 3pm. A site-visit fee may have to paid prior to site visit, if a contract has not been signed.

Do you offer ice cream?

We have 2 fun ice cream services available! An ice cream cart with an assortment of popsicles for guests to grab and enjoy, or a sundae bar with your choice of ice cream flavors and toppings.

Are full bar services available? Mixed drinks?

Our bartenders are trained to execute delicious mixed drinks. We can customize your drink options to cater your guests.

Do you have lawn games?

We have corn hole, volleyball and giant Jenga.
