DIY your Pig Roast! We can deliver the pig straight to your doorstep. We provide you with pig cutting instructions to make the process easy.
Place your order and pick up your ready-to-serve pig from your favorite Rocklands location.
- Have us bring the pig fully cooked and serve it from a table. We’re happy to bring all the fixings or serve it alongside fixings you’ve made yourself.
- Have us bring the grill and finish it on the grill before serving from a table (pig arrives 95% cooked)
- Have us roast the pig from raw at your next event. (Beware this option takes TIME.) Cooking a pig from raw takes 6-12 hours depending on the size you need

Frequently Asked Questions About Pig Roasts
Price varies depending on the size of the pig and the current market rates.
We recommend one pound of meat per person. This is a raw weight and includes the bones and inedible parts. Once cooked this will allow approximately 8 ounces of meat per person.
Currently the smallest size pig we carry is 35 pounds.
Anywhere from 6-12 hours.
Sides do not come with the pig but we are happy to suggest some good options.
Traditional sides are always best to pair with our whole pigs, such as - Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw and Potato Salad.
We can! With enough notice we can provide decorations and if you have onsite staffing we can have them wear Hawaiian shirts.
If you choose to have us roast the pig from raw, we will have someone onsite for the entirety of the cooking process.
A pig can be served from a single 6’x30” table.
We’ve had pig roasts in parks, private residences, farms, clubs, and stadiums (just to name a few) throughout the area. We will come to smoke a pig in Montgomery County, Fairfax County, Arlington County, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Middleburg, Loudoun County). Typically we cook the pigs at our location and bring them fully cooked or almost ready to be finished on the grill at your location.
In store we smoke our pigs in our wood only cabinet smokers using a mix of red oak and hickory wood. Onsite we use our custom made grills with hardwood lump charcoal.
If you’re planning a large outdoor event we would suggest planning to have a tent for your event.
Calling and booking their event more than 1 week out. Choosing an additional item they would like to go with the pig. And if you choose to have a drop off delivery you’ll need to have a sharp knife and be prepared to carve.
