Seasonal Schedule and Rates (for Vending Events)
Our food trucks are available year round. Below is a breakdown of our seasonal dates, holidays and minimum rates for vending events.
There are some general ground rules:
- We have trucks licensed to sell food in Maryland, Virginia and DC. If the event is on private property, we may not need a license, but we’ll want to make sure we talk that through with you.
- Radius limit: roughly 20 miles from Alexandria
- For a vending event, we have a guaranteed sales minimum of $1,000.
- For our private events, our Food Truck is available to rent for $18.49 per person, plus labor and service fees (more details below).

Food Truck Rental FAQs
We travel just about 25-30 mile radius from Alexandria, VA.
For private events, our Food Truck is available to rent for $18.49 per person, plus labor and service fees.
For a vending event, we have a guaranteed sales minimum of $1,000.

Only if the location you are having your event at requires one. We have trucks licensed to sell food in Virginia and DC. If the event is on private property, we may not need a license, but we’ll want to make sure we talk that through with you.
Typical turnaround time is 3-5 min, usually on the shorter side of that.
We do not need water or electricity, however if we can plug in we’re happy to. (If we plug in, we don’t have to use our generator and it makes us quieter).
No, there is no limit. We will take care of all your guests. It just takes more time for larger crowds or a second truck, depending on how fast you want them all served.
12 ft high clearance. The truck will fit in one standard parking spot, however depending on how you’d like it positioned for service, we recommend 2 to 3 parking spaces.
It will depend on your guest count, but typical service time is 2-3 hours for private events, and public vending events are usually 3-4 hours but can be longer depending on the event.
For a pre-paid event, all of the leftovers are yours to keep.
Yes, we provide plates, silverware, napkins and anything else you might need.
No, we will take away all trash from inside of the truck but we are not responsible for trash outside of the truck.

Anything beyond an hour from our shop would incur a travel fee, which is charged based on time.
We have two trucks and they are in constant demand during the warm weather months. We suggest booking as soon as you know the date for your event.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.
For a pre-paid private event, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
For a vending event, we require a signed contract with credit card information to guarantee minimum.
Stop by our Alexandria location for lunch or dinner. If the trucks are in the lot feel free to have a look around the exterior (please don’t go inside).
