Bar Services We Provide
If you are planning a wedding, private party, family reunion or even a corporate holiday party, our bartending services have you covered. We offer a wide range of beverage services from bar setup and cleanup to signature event cocktail design, special wine and liquor requests, and mocktails, etc. You tell us what you need.
We do it all:
- Bar setup and take down
- Liquor ordering guidance and support
- Wine suggestions
- Champagne toast
- Specialty drink design
- Table wine service
- Trained and certified bartenders (TIPS trained and ABC licensed)
- Party equipment rental (glassware, champagne flutes, tents, tables, etc)
How Many Bartenders Will I Need?
There are number of factors that determine how many bartenders you may need for your event, including if it’s a full bar or serving beer and wine. And the length of the event. Here is a the recommended breakdown of bartenders needed based on the number of guests.

Yes we are! If you need a copy of our licenses or insurance, please ask your sales rep once we have a proposal together for you.
Yes, our bartenders are T.I.P.S. certified.
Our bartenders start at $45 an hour with a required 2 hour set up and 1 hour breakdown. Our bartenders are not available alone, a full service event is required.
We are able to provide the alcohol or serve your alcohol, however if a venue requires an ABC license and you choose to provide your own alcohol, you must provide your own ABC license to the venue. Any alcohol purchased from us, comes with our use of the ABC license.
No connection needed for a standard bar. Unless you have a frozen drink machine, an electrical outlet is needed.
We are able to travel anywhere! We have traveled as far North as New York and as far South as North Carolina. There are
travel fees and travel time included for staff to work at your event.
