Rocklands Catering is more than just delicious, mouth-watering food. We offer full-service catering to make the experience much easier for you, the host and guests. Here are just a few ideas to get the planning started.
- Reserve one of our Food Trucks
- Make it a luau theme with a pig roast
- Offer food buffet style or setup food stations
- Make it a backyard BBQ with on-site grilling!
- We can get a mechanical bull, dunk tank, photo booth, table linens, tables, tents, dance floors, etc.
We can plan it all for you
When you need full-service catering, we deliver full-service. We have relationships with florists, bakers, rental companies, and event locations so we can put together all the pieces of your party. Where to start? With our proposal request form, which helps you ask us the right questions (and helps us get the right info from you).
We value value. We work to deliver a great experience that fits with what you have to spend, and we make sure there are no surprises in that bottom line. We're not the cheapest option...but you'll have happy guests with us.

Menus & Pricing
Down to details at Rocklands! Once you have your basics in hand, there are endless possibilities in every menu we prepare. We’ll focus on what’s important to you as we create a customized menu to reflect your tastes and style. Events can be complex, so there are varying components that make up the catering cost in addition to the food. The totals — food, service staff, equipment rental, non-alcoholic beverages and delivery for most events — fall into the following ranges:
- Cocktail Reception | $70– $90 per guest
- Buffet with china | $80 — $100 per guest
- Buffet with disposables | $60 — $90 per guest
Note that we have not included alcohol in these estimates — but of course we’re happy to arrange for and serve beer, wine, full bar, one single specialty custom cocktail or a full tiki lounge with umbrella drinks, should that be what you desire.
