A Fresh Twist on a Classic: Minted Mimosa Punch

September 4, 2025 by Jenn Carter

Looking for the perfect signature drink for your next brunch, wedding, or backyard gathering? At Rocklands Catering, we love putting a fresh spin on timeless favorites. Our Minted Mimosa Punch is just that. Light, refreshing, and delightfully citrusy, this crowd-pleasing punch is a festive way to serve mimosas with a touch of flair.

The fresh fruit and mint mingle overnight with vodka, creating a flavorful base that pairs beautifully with chilled champagne or sparkling Italian soda. It’s an easy make-ahead recipe that ensures your guests will be greeted with something bright and bubbly.

Add Before Serving

  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) chilled champagne

Stir together just before your event and pour into a punch bowl or beverage dispenser with ice. Garnish with extra mint sprigs and orange slices for a festive look.

Minted Mimosa Mocktail – Serves 20

Combine the Day Before

  • 2 thinly sliced navel oranges
  • 1 pint sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh mint

Add Before Serving

  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) sparkling white grape juice (chilled)

About Jenn Carter

Meet Jenn Carter, whose love of Rocklands spans more than three decades and made her love official in 2005 when she joined the Rocklands family as a Sales Rep in their Catering Department. There she worked with the team to create events: from intimate backyard gatherings to high-profile political fundraisers. Making sure every client’s event featured both Rocklands’ legendary barbecue and impeccable service. Though life has taken her from DC to Japan, to New Mexico, Tennessee and now to Oklahoma, where she lives with her husband Michael, son Jackson, and pup Francis, you’ll still find bottles of Rocklands Barbecue Sauce making their way to her doorstep. Some loves know no distance.
