Minted Mimosa Punch Recipe – Serves 20
Combine the Day Before
- ½ cup vodka
- 2 thinly sliced navel oranges
- 1 pint sliced strawberries
- ½ cup fresh mint
Add Before Serving
- 2 bottles (750 ml each) chilled champagne
- 16 oz. blood orange Italian soda
How to serve
Stir together just before your event and pour into a punch bowl or beverage dispenser with ice. Garnish with extra mint sprigs and orange slices for a festive look.
