Thanksgiving is coming, Thanksgiving is coming! Don’t know about you, but one of our favorite parts of this holiday is LEFTOVERS. So we have created a pre-leftover delight: The Rocklands Turkey Pearl, aka Gobbler Pearl. You know the Rocklands Pearl, right? This is the same idea — a gem of a dish, starting with cornbread stuffing in the bottom, topped by homemade turkey gravy, then pulled smoked turkey, and finally our special cranberry sauce. The guy eating lunch at the bar in Arlington yesterday said “looks like cherry cobbler.” Well, it may, but it tastes just like the best pile of Thanksgiving leftovers you can imagine. Come in soon — these pearls will disappear when Thanksgiving rolls around.
