We are excited to host the 11th Annual Hot Sauce Contest and Pig Roast.
Come join Rocklands and the DC Firefighters Burn Foundation on for a great night of all you can eat Rocklands pulled pork, delicious sides, an impressive selection of beer, wines, and bourbon cocktails.
This highly anticipated event will take place on Thursday, September 12th, from 5-8 PM at our Arlington location.

- Tickets: $15 for kids, $40 in advance; $50 at the door
What to Expect
Enjoy all-you-can-eat Rocklands pulled pork, sides, a selection of beer, wines, and bourbon cocktails.
The highlight of the evening is the hot sauce contest, where you can taste a variety of homemade hot sauces and vote for your favorites. Prizes will be awarded to both the Judge’s Winner and the People’s Choice, making this a truly interactive and exciting experience.
Hot Sauce entries must be submitted to Rocklands Arlington by Wednesday, September 11.
Please submit a 20-ounce portion of hot sauce, clearly labeled with your name and contact information (we do not need your recipe). Contestants must be present to win. Contest will be limited to the first 20 entries. There will be a trophy (and bragging rights) for 1st and 2nd place as well as People’s Choice – so bring your friends to vote for you!
