- Preheat your grill: Heat your gas grill or prepare your charcoal grill. We recommend using real wood charcoal, no additives.
- Prep the lamb chops: Take the lamb chops out of the fridge, pat the dry with paper towels.
- Season generously: Sprinkle both sides of the lamb chops liberally with Rocklands Malt Salt.
- Grill the chops: Place the chops on the hot grill and do not move them for a few minutes. Let them sear undisturbed until blood comes up through the top.
- Flip and cook: Flip the chops and cook for another few minutes on the other side, or until desired doneness is reached.
