Our annual event is finally here — March 5-8th our Grills Are Going Wild!

It only happens once a year so don’t miss out! If you are adventuresome, and love tasty meat, don’t miss our Limited Time Offer – in addition to being delicious, these unusual meats are Instagram-worthy for sure!

These are the specials uniquely prepared served along with our full menu:

Yak Burger – 1/3 pound served with ROCKLANDS Burger sauce and a side of fries. $11.99

Ostrich Fajitas – 6 oz. Ostrich fajitas, grilled onions and peppers, 3 flour tortillas, white rice, black bean salad, sour cream and pico de gallo. $12.99

Bison Sausage Hoagie – 6 oz Bison Sausage with Chipotle, served on a hoagie roll with ROCKLANDS Spicy Mustard Barbeque sauce and choice of a side. $10.99

Bishop grew up in Washington, DC and started working with Rocklands during high school. Her studies in Chemistry and travels abroad helped fuel her sustainably focused, well-rounded perspective. From front of house service to her current role as Director of Communications, Bishop’s journey reflects her dedication to our mission of connection, great barbeque and sustainability. She manages Rocklands’ marketing, branding, and communications, as well as special initiatives that support our mission of sustainability and community engagement.
