Ever tasted the difference of a sausage made from the entire pig? Find out what we’re talking about on Thursday!
Henrietta, a prize winning 274-pound pig from the Fredrick County Fair, has inspired this year’s Big Pig Jig Sausage and Harvest Celebration of our local farms. We’re having special-recipe sausage prepared from the WHOLE pig to be served at all Rocklands locations. That means that all the good cuts are in this sausage—like the tenderloin, loin, and ham—so you’ll taste the difference.
Come to your favorite Rocklands on Thursday, October 2, for a half-pound Big Pig Jig sausage on a bun. You’ll get to dress your own sausage at the Schlop Bar of Fixings, and you can combine that sausage with two sides to make a really big meal.
And if you need a sweet for dessert, we’ll have PIE.
