John Snedden is going to the Hill. Basically, he’s batting clean-up for a summers-worth of amazing grilling instructors that have been teaching a series of classes on grilling at The Hill Center in DC. You know what they say about saving the best for last…
Class will start with Grilled Jumbo Shrimp (served with Horseradish Mango Chutney), and you’ll learn how to make barbeque beer can chicken. We’ll also be throwing vegetables on the grill — did you ever think of grilling beets or green beans? You’ll make a classic summer tomato salad, and finish with grilled peaches, served with either balsamic reduction or mascarpone and fresh mint (either combo will make your dinner guests swoon when you roll it out…)
So come learn about late-summer grilling with John. If you have not been to The Hill Center, it’s a lovely place to lunch-and-learn. The class will be small, so you can bring your grilling and barbequing questions and pepper John while he’s cooking.
