Our top priority remains the health and wellness of our team members and customers. Our COVID-19 Preparedness and.Work Safety Policies will continue to be updated based on OSHA Guidelines. As we receive updates from OSHA, the CDC and local health authorities, we will continue to provide guidance to our employees on healthy workplace habits. This includes training on the proper use of gloves and handwashing based on specific duties to avoid spreading the virus in high-touch areas.
Here’s what we are doing to ensure this for off-premise events and deliveries:
- Face coverings worn at all times by team members while working, glove use when appropriate, and increased hand-washing protocols maintained.
- All delivery vehicles will contain hand sanitizer with at least 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol.
- All employees will be required to wash their hands at the beginning and the end of each shift and at least every 60 minutes throughout, using hand sanitizer when sinks are not available.
- Temperatures taken of every team member prior to each shift.
- Hand sanitizer stations available for guests at key touchpoint areas at the site.
- Tables appropriately social distanced at the site.
- Dedicated cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting done by team members frequently in high contact areas and all delivery vehicles after each use.
- If buffets are an option, they can be fitted with “sneeze guards” and manned by team members to limit guest touch points.
- No fee for cancellation if notified 5 business days before the event date and we will remain flexible with date rescheduling and guest count fluctuations.
Here’s what we are doing to ensure this at our stores:
- Signs posted requiring masks and safe distancing by all customers.
- Hands-Free door pulls installed where possible.
- Automatic hand sanitizers installed by doors, and hand wipes available for customers.
- New in-store touch-free menu boards.
- Plexi-glass shields installed at register areas.
- Safe distancing spots are marked on the floors.
- Curbside service available and encouraged at all locations.
- All stores will be deep cleaned on a regular basis with additional heightened cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting done by team members frequently in high contact areas.
- Temperatures taken of every team member prior to each shift.
- Face coverings worn at all times by team members while working, glove use when appropriate, and increased hand-washing protocols maintained.
- Patio tables socially distanced. 50% occupancy in all store.
