John Snedden, our fearless leader, was on WUSA-9 this morning. He was there to talk Super Bowl menu, and Meat Week, and to show a reeeeally easy way to make a layered dip for your football-watching fans.

If you want to make this for your guests, it’s simple and scalable: Come get equal portions of mac-and-cheese, barbequed baked beans, and chopped pork, and as much Rocklands Original Barbeque Sauce as you think you might need. Layer them (in that order, bottom to top) in a nice glass bowl or baking dish. Heat, or not. Stick a spoon in it. Enjoy.
