Grills Gone Wild! March 8-11

Grills gone wild!It’s here! Every spring, we look around for unusual meats, tasty treats not often found in local restaurants. We stew, make burgers and sausages, smoke in the wood smoker. Remember the year we served muskrat? Our fans asked us not to do that again…

This year, Grills Gone Wild is March 8-11. We’ll be serving some tasty dishes:

Alligator Brunswick Stew served with a honey jalapeño cornbread square (pint – $8.49)

Camel Burger topped with pickles and onions, served with French Fries ($11.99)

Rabbit Sausage topped with grilled peppers and onions, served with a side of Whiskey Mustard Sauce & carrot sticks ($8.49)

Wild Boar Barbeque Sliders (2) topped with coleslaw ($10.99)

And we got you in the mood on Leap Day (Monday, February 29), didn’t we? Those marinated grilled frog legs…

I tell you, it is getting wild around here.
