You’ve always wanted to be a hot-sauce rock star — here’s your chance: Rocklands Arlington will be hosting its first HOT SAUCE CONTEST on Thursday, September 18.
It’s simple: Bring at least 16 ounces of your own homemade hot sauce to Rocklands Arlington on September 18 by 5:30 pm. We don’t need your recipe (you can keep that secret). We’ll have a panel of honored judges tasting sauces and making their impartial ruling. Everyone else will be eating off a whole barbequed pig, drinking beer, and marveling at the hot sauces. $20 gets you all your chopped pork and beer while it lasts, and you must be present to win.
