We’re pretty sure we’ll just need to remind people about corn pudding goodness every year. Last year, Washingtonian weaseled the recipe for our corn pudding out of John. (How? We are not quite sure.) And in the kind of summer we’ve had, who the heck wanted to turn on the oven to make this? But as the air grows crisper and we see the first leaves change, we’re reminded that a hot side dish is a good thing.
