BARBEQUE TRIP
March 24 - March 26 2003

On a quest to see how other barbeque restaurants barbeque their meats,
we went on a trip to do a little sampling.
John Snedden, owner of ROCKLANDS, Rebecca Gomez and Doug Pritchett, General Managers of our DC and VA locations, loosened their belt buckles and hit 21 restaurants in 3 days.  Now that is commitment.
